It sits at an altitude of 1400m offering excellent skiing and boarding from early December until late April. Nendaz is just over the mountain from Verbier and just 160km from Geneva airport (1 1/2 hours by car / 2 hours by train into Sion) It is a pretty village with outstanding views of the Valais region of Switzerland. Unlike many resorts Nendaz is alive all year round and in Winter hosts various world cup snowboarding as well as ski races. During Summer there are beautiful walks along ancient bisse, Mountain Biking and Golf to name but a few. It really is the ideal adult and family playground. The full area lift pass gives you access to Mont - Fort 3350 mtrs, Verbier, Siviez Veysonnaz, Thyon, La Tzoumaz and more, with some of the finest off - Piste in the world. * There are no large hotels so no large tour companies to crowd our slopes. In addition, daily clinics offer the chance for small groups of clients to focus on specific themes and elements within their performance. There are two levels of lift pass available - the Printze area (covering Nendaz, Siviez, Thyon and Veysonnaz); and the complete 4 Valleys area pass (required for the Mont Fort cable car and for skiing over to Verbier).
